Terms of service
These Terms govern your use of onicoffee.jp and any purchase made through it, operated by 株式会社Project E. Using the site or placing an order means you agree to these Terms.
Products and pricing: prices are in yen, tax included unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, descriptions, or availability without notice.
Orders and payment: placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is due at time of order, processed through Shopify Payments and/or KOMOJU. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Shipping: orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Full shipping details are on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions page.
Returns and exchanges: accepted only for defective items or items that don't match the order, per the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions page. Contact promptly after receiving your order.
Wholesale and OEM: pricing and terms aren't published on the site and are determined individually following inquiry and review. Submitting an inquiry doesn't guarantee approval.
Intellectual property: all site content, text, images, logos, design, belongs to 株式会社Project E or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability: to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use or purchases.
Governing law: these Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with authority over our registered address.
Changes: continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
