Brazil Sitio da Torre

Sitio da Torre has been in the Coli family since the 19th century, passed down through four generations in the Mantiqueira highlands. In 1985, financial hardship forced Paulo Coli to sell 30 hectares of the farm, land his family later bought back after 34 years. Every cherry is hand picked across 46 hectares and dried on raised beds the same day it's harvested. The farm has won the Cup of Excellence 29 times.
