This coffee comes through Dawit Girma, who left Ethiopia to work in Japan and was stunned to find Ethiopian coffee sold for next to nothing despite the work behind it. He went back and started his own export company. Tamiru Gizaw grows this lot deep in the native forests of Kaffa, the birthplace of coffee itself.
